Description
The Township of Toms River is requesting qualifications from vendors capable of providing general legal and litigation services. Successful candidates will be placed on a pre-approved list for future legal services. The contract will commence on the Date of Award for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Pricing for all services must be entered on the Bid Table, and no additional costs for travel or expenses are allowable. The method of award will be based on the vendor(s) considered most advantageous to the Township, with the potential for multiple vendors to be awarded.
