Description
This solicitation is for the supply of Propranolol HCl 80mg capsules and Zolpidem Tartrate 6.25mg and 12.5mg tablets. The products are intended for the Tucson and Charleston Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) facilities. The contract requires products to have an expiration date of no less than one year from the date of delivery. All pharmaceutical products must include barcoding at the unit-of-use level, conforming to GS1-128 or HIBCC standards. Products must also have a therapeutic equivalence code of 'A' from the FDA. Vendors must comply with the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA), providing Transaction History (TH), Transaction Information (TI), and Transaction Statement (TS). The solicitation also specifies requirements for packaging, labeling, and handling of recalled or non-conforming products. Deliveries will be made to the Tucson CMOP facility and Aphena Pharma Solutions in Cookeville, TN.
