Description
This is a Request for Information (RFI) and Sources Sought notice, not a solicitation, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The purpose is to gather information on potential small business manufacturers and their capabilities regarding specific medical supplies. The VA is seeking information on microdebriders, instrument trays, and cleaning caps for handpieces. Responses should include a capabilities statement, feedback on salient characteristics, business size status (SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, WOSB, Large Business), confirmation of small business status under NAICS 339112 (size standard of 1,000 employees), manufacturer status, subcontracting compliance, Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) confirmation, Non-Manufacturer Rule compliance if applicable, country of origin, existing Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) or other federal contract information, and general pricing. Responses are due by June 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM PT and should be submitted via email. All information will be used for planning purposes only.
