Description
Union County, North Carolina, through Union County Water, is seeking bids for the purchase and delivery of Magnesium Hydroxide Slurry (60%). This chemical is intended for use in five Water Reclamation Facilities (WRFs) across the county. The scope of work includes providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for the delivery of the slurry. Deliveries are expected to be made FOB destination within five days of order receipt, unless otherwise approved. The estimated annual quantities for the various facilities are provided, with specific delivery locations detailed for each WRF. The required concentration of the Magnesium Hydroxide Slurry is 60% with a +/- 2% variance.
