Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17, intends to solely negotiate with PARATA SYSTEMS, LLC for the acquisition and installation of a PARATA Automated Medication Packaging Device ATP2. This device is required to support the newly constructed Waco inpatient pharmacy at the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS). This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(ii) for soliciting from a single source. While this is not a request for competitive quotes, contractors may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation demonstrating their ability to meet the requirements. Responses will be evaluated, and the government reserves the discretion to proceed with the sole-source procurement or open it for competition. Prospective contractors must be registered in SAM and be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller to be eligible for award, ensuring OEM warranty and service are provided.
