Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 7, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to PET NET Solutions for specific F-18 PET Radiopharmaceuticals. These include Amyvid (F-18 florbetapir), Tauvid (F-18 flortaucipir), Cerianna (F18 fluoroestradiol), Posluma (F18-flotufolastat), and Axumin (F-18 fluciclovine). The vendor will be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, and transportation necessary for daily delivery of these pharmaceuticals to the Nuclear Medicine department at the Atlanta Veterans Affairs Medical Center, located at 1670 Clairmont Road, Decatur, GA 30033. This contract is expected to be awarded under FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) due to the unique and specialized nature of the required radiopharmaceuticals, indicating that only one source is capable of providing them at the required quality level. A Limited Sources Justification has been prepared. The contract will have a base period of 12 months from the date of award, with four additional one-year option periods.
