Description
This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes to identify potential sources for a cart system, including installation, configuration, validation, ongoing technical support, and maintenance services. The system must provide highly accurate Fractional Flow Reserve (FFR) values for selected locations, display a 3D model of the coronary tree color-coded by FFR value, characterize overall disease burden across the entire tree, overlay angiograms with 3D Quantitative Coronary Angiography (3DQCA) and FFR for anatomical context, and include a 3DQCA chart and FFR/size measurement tool for procedural planning. Interested contractors are encouraged to respond by Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 3:00 PM PST. Responses should include company details, contact information, Unique Entity ID (SAM) number, business type (including small business designations), product name, manufacturer information (if applicable), country of origin, details of any existing federal contracts for similar products/services, estimated installation/configuration/validation time, general pricing, and a detailed capability statement with at least one reference contract demonstrating experience with cart systems and related services. Failure to provide complete information may impact the government's determination regarding a set-aside procurement.
