Description
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Boston MA Territory requires 13 parking spaces to be provided within walking distance of their facility at 15 New Sudbury St., Boston MA 02203. Of the 13 spaces, 11 must offer 24-hour access seven days a week in a secured area, and 2 must offer 24-hour access seven days a week in an unsecured area. The contractor will be responsible for all management, supervision, planning, scheduling, coordination, and effective performance of the parking services. This is a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) for market research and planning purposes. The IRS is requesting capability statements from interested vendors. The anticipated contract type is Firm Fixed Price (FFP) with a base period of 12 months and one 12-month option period, beginning August 1, 2026.
