Description
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking a vendor to provide high-quality Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) facilitation and training for a leadership retreat, along with follow-up coaching. This initiative aims to foster a culture of belonging, transparency, and equity within the organization, enhancing its capacity for inclusive leadership and meaningful progress measurement. Vendors must have prior experience working within the education sector.
