Description
This solicitation is for In-Patient Behavioral Health Door Alarm Test and Recertification services at the VA Boston Healthcare System, Brockton Division. The services include quarterly testing and annual inspection/recertification of "The Door Switch" suicide prevention door alarm systems installed in six in-patient behavioral health wards. The contract will cover one base year with four one-year option periods. The scope includes testing of system control panels and door alarms, performing a "Walk and Press Test," conducting event downloads, verifying system time and date, and submitting reports to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Annual inspections will also involve inspecting and testing all components, repairing issues, replacing parts, and updating software as needed. The primary place of performance is 940 Belmont Street, Brockton, MA 02301.
