Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 2,029 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a 1/4 mile radius of 2305 Liberty Heights Avenue, Space 3180, Baltimore, MD 21217. The space must have a secondary egress and include adequate parking for approximately 2 Government vehicles, both during the day and overnight. Proposals are due by July 10, 2026. Key requirements include the submission of a proposed rental amount that covers Common Area Maintenance (CAM), taxes, and insurance. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) prior to award. The lease documents indicate a firm term of five (5) years, with potential for renewal. The lease will be government-owned and operated.
