The Town of Chatham, Massachusetts is soliciting proposals from qualified Architectural and Engineering Designers to develop a comprehensive 20-25 year long-term facilities master plan. This plan will encompass major municipal asset groups including buildings, roadways, sewer and water systems, stormwater structures, landings and piers, sidewalks, and parking facilities. The objective is to create a coordinated framework for future infrastructure decision-making, identifying anticipated major capital investments. The selected consultant will build upon prior studies, analyze departmental and building needs, explore locations, and establish capital project priorities. The maximum fee for any awarded contract is $100,000, with all expenses to be incurred by July 31, 2027. This procurement will follow Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B.
