Description
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is seeking proposals for a Job Ordering Agreement (JOC) contract to provide construction and maintenance services at USPS-owned or leased buildings across North and South Dakota. This indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract will utilize a Construction Task Catalog (CTC) provided by Gordian, Inc., with offerors proposing adjustment factors to unit prices within the catalog. Projects will be initiated through individual work orders, each containing a detailed scope of work, completion time, and a firm-fixed price. The process involves Joint Scope Meetings, proposal submissions, and review by the USPS Contracting Officer. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the USPS eSourcing Coupa platform.
