The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Rock Island, is conducting market research to identify interested and capable parties for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for construction services at Blue Grass Army Depot (BGAD) in Kentucky. This is a Sources Sought notice, not a solicitation. BGAD requires ongoing capabilities to sustain and modernize its facilities and infrastructure, which support munitions storage, maintenance, and demilitarization operations. The anticipated services include facility sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM); minor and mid-range construction, repair, and renovation; new construction; equipment installation; concrete and sitework; and design-build projects. The estimated aggregate ceiling for this MATOC is $100,000,000, with individual task orders expected to range from approximately $350,000 to $15,000,000. Personnel may require security clearances, and taskings are anticipated to be subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. Interested parties are requested to submit a capabilities statement addressing their experience, project management, subcontractor management, technical skills, and ability to meet small business subcontracting limitations. Specific details regarding company size, socio-economic status, and readiness for installation access and bonding are also required. The deadline for responses is June 23, 2026.
