The City of Bryan is soliciting proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the design and construction of a new Animal Center. The project includes the construction of the animal shelter, parking, and related infrastructure, adhering to local and state building and health codes. The new facility will accommodate approximately 60 dog habitats, 80 cat habitats, and outdoor fenced play yards. The estimated construction budget for the project is $7,400,000, which covers design and construction costs. Pre-construction services will include budgeting, cost estimating, building modeling, and design review. The project will be a one-step CMAR process.
