Description
Natividad Medical Center (NMC), on behalf of Monterey County, is soliciting bids for Job Order Contracts (JOC) for general construction, repair, remodel, and other repetitive related work. This indefinite quantity contract allows for a variety of individual projects, with specific construction tasks determined by a Detailed Scope of Work (SOW) issued with each Job Order. NMC may award up to three individual contracts. Bidders must attend a mandatory bidders' meeting on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at NMC's Steinbeck Conference Room, 1441 Constitution Blvd., Salinas, CA 93906. Sealed bids are due by Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. PST, at the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, County of Monterey, 168 W. Alisal St., 2nd Floor, Salinas, CA 93901.
