Description
This solicitation is for construction subcontracts related to the Skanska Vancouver Public Operation Campus project. Bids are to be submitted electronically through the City of Vancouver's Bonfire portal. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference and job walk will be held on June 5th, 2026, at 1:00 pm at 8713 Northeast 94th Ave, Vancouver, WA 98662. Contract documents will be available online through Building Connected and at Builder's Exchange of Washington (www.bxwa.com) starting May 29th, 2026. Questions must be submitted in writing or emailed to Derek.Bourque@skanska.com by the end of day on June 19th, 2026. All questions and answers will be published via addenda. The project aims to provide opportunities for local, small, and diverse business entities, with participation goals based on firms certified with the Office of Minority and Women Business Enterprises (OMWBE).
