Description
This solicitation is for the renovation of the women's locker rooms at Tomb Memorial Field, located on the campus of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA). The project includes work on an entrance hallway, the women's locker room, a visitor's locker room, a visitor's bathroom, and the women's shower area. Specific tasks include flooring replacement, locker replacement, masonry repairs, painting, HVAC and electrical work, and plumbing upgrades. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price construction service contract set aside for small businesses. The work must be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and adhere to historic property standards due to the USMMA's listing on the National Register of Historic Places. Contractors must be aware of potential hazardous materials and comply with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.
