Description

This project involves the renovation of approximately 3,400 square feet on the 6th floor of the UMC 7 Story Tower, located at 1800 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102. The scope of work includes demolition of flooring, finishes, and upgrades to existing light fixtures, as well as the installation of new electrical and data outlets to accommodate workstations. The work will be performed in an operational hospital environment, requiring adherence to strict infection control and safety protocols. Bidders must demonstrate experience working in a hospital setting. The project duration is scheduled for 120 days from the Notice to Proceed.
