Description
The Arkansas Development Finance Authority (ADFA) is offering $6,999,801.15 in HOME-ARP Non-Congregate Shelter (NCS) funding. This funding is intended to support the acquisition, rehabilitation, or construction of NCS housing units designed to serve individuals and families within the Qualifying Populations as defined in Notice CPD-21-10. Applicants must be prepared to commence NCS housing construction within twelve (12) months of the award date. Complete applications must be submitted through the ADFA Programs Portal by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, August 3, 2026. Applications received after this deadline will be automatically denied. All necessary documents, application requirements, and forms are available on ADFA's website. Applicants must obtain a Provider Number from the Provider Setup Form to access the Portal; existing Provider Numbers are valid.
