The Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) in Phoenix, Arizona, is looking for qualified Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) to provide a five-year lease agreement for a Blood Gas Analyzer. The analyzer must perform fully automated, on-demand testing for arterial, venous, and pleural pH, PCO2, PO2, SO2, tHb, FO2Hb, FCOHb, and FMetHb. The lease includes the analyzer, data management software with upgrades, installation, staff training, maintenance, warranty coverage, quality controls, reagents, supplies, and technical support for approximately 800 tests annually. Vendors must demonstrate their capability to provide all necessary components and services, including quarterly supply deliveries and expedited shipping when needed.
