Description
The Kenton County Airport Board (KCAB) is soliciting proposals for a Commercial Vehicle Management Software System (CVMS) to be implemented at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). The existing system, GateKeeper Systems, integrates with Transcore AVI readers for managing commercial vehicle operations and charging trip fees. The new system should streamline the permit process, maintain a centralized database of operators and vehicles, enforce permit requirements, integrate with the existing Accounts Receivable System (ABRM), and provide real-time tracking and reporting capabilities. Key specifications include compatibility with current and future Transcore readers, robust security features, customizable reporting, and 24/7 support. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing the software, implementation, and training, with an anticipated contract start date of September 1, 2026. The contract term will be three years with two one-year renewal options.
