Description
The Regional Water Resource Agency (RWRA) is soliciting bids for grouting services. This is a service contract intended to establish a list of qualified contractors for various technical services as needed. Bidders will be contacted based on their ranking and the specific project requirements. The contract will have an initial term of one year from the award date, with the possibility of up to four one-year renewals, for a potential total contract term of approximately five years. Pricing must remain firm for the offer period after bid opening. The RWRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting specifications.
