Description
The State of Missouri, through its Office of Administration, Division of Purchasing, is seeking proposals to establish a Qualified Vendor List (QVL) for statewide books, publications, and materials. This initiative aims to streamline the procurement process, foster competition, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of products to various state agencies across Missouri. The QVL will allow state agencies to request quotes from pre-qualified vendors for their specific needs. Vendors on the QVL will be required to provide pricing for awarded categories and will be eligible for quote requests on an as-needed basis. The contract period is for one year, with the possibility of two additional one-year renewal periods. The solicitation emphasizes electronic submission of proposals through the MissouriBUYS platform.
