Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15, intends to award a sole source contract to Censis Technologies, Inc. for proprietary CensiTrac Zebra 2D Barcode Scanners. This procurement includes six (6) wired scanners (Product Code CT0222) and six (6) wireless scanners (Product Code CT0223), along with installation, configuration, and product warranty. These specific scanners are required because they are manufactured by Zebra and certified for use with Censis Technologies, Inc. software. They are the only scanners capable of reading all three product identifier types (chemical barcode, QR code, and 2D barcode), which is essential for Reusable Medical Equipment tracking and compliance at the Sterile Processing Service (SPS) of the Poplar Bluff VA Medical Center. The equipment is exclusively available through Censis Technologies, Inc.
