Description
This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for a one-time purchase contract to supply athletic shoes, fleece hoodies, and lemon pepper seasoning for the honor dorms across various Missouri Department of Corrections facilities. All items will be awarded to a single vendor, and vendors must bid on all line items to be eligible for award. The estimated quantities are based on the current number of honor dorm offenders statewide. The contract period is from the date of award through six months, with an option for one additional six-month renewal period. Deliveries must be made within 15 business days of receiving a purchase order, FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid and Allowed.
