Description
The Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission (MoDOT) is soliciting proposals for one or a combination of the following services: a PPO network of medical providers for work-related injuries, a Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) network, and case management services. These services are for the MoDOT Self-Insurance Plan, which covers employees of MoDOT, the executive director, employees of the Missouri Department of Transportation and Highway Patrol Employees' Retirement System, and the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The contract period is from the date of the fully executed agreement through June 30, 2029, with the option for up to two one-year renewals. Proposals are to be submitted electronically via MissouriBUYS or by mail. Hard copy proposals require notification to the buyer of record, Logan Wilbers, five days prior to the closing date.
