Description
The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) is requesting a contract with DiplomaSender for its TotalTranscript high school equivalency credentialing service. This service is intended to expand workforce development opportunities for Missouri residents. DiplomaSender is the exclusive provider of the TotalTranscript service, which utilizes a proprietary Grade Point Index (GPI) algorithm to convert high school equivalency test scores to a universal 4.0 GPA scale. This proprietary nature and sole-source availability meet the criteria for a single feasible source acquisition under RSMo 34.044. The contract period is effective from the contract date through June 19, 2027, with three one-year renewal options.
