Description
The U.S. Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey requires one (1) Mercury 115 ELPTO 4-Stroke Motor, or an equal product, meeting specific salient characteristics. The motor must be a 115HP outboard with a Command Thrust lower unit, prop-driven, with remote steering, power trim, and electronic fuel injection. The shaft length must be 20 inches, and it must have an electric start. The product must be an authentic, manufacturer-certified/warranted product in original, intact manufacturer's packaging, with no gray market, counterfeit, used, or resale items accepted. Delivery is required to the USGS Central Midwest Water Science Center in Rolla, MO, by August 17, 2026.
