Description
The Perpich Center for Arts Education (the Agency) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide Special Education Director services for students attending Perpich Arts High School. The selected vendor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and state special education laws and regulations, supervising special education service providers, and overseeing due process procedures. Key responsibilities include developing and delivering training, conducting record audits, managing fiscal monitoring, and coordinating with school administration and families. The anticipated contract term is from July 15, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with the option to extend for up to four additional years. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT portal by July 2, 2026. Mandatory requirements include current licensure as a Special Education Director in Minnesota, a minimum of 10 years of documented experience overseeing special education services in Minnesota, and at least two letters of recommendation.
