Description
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) is soliciting proposals for a venue to host their annual Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) and Human Trafficking Investigations conferences in both 2026 and 2027. The chosen venue must be located within 35 miles of 422 Laurel Street, Brainerd, MN 56401. The conference in 2026 is scheduled for November 4-6, with lodging required for 5 individuals on November 3rd and 300 individuals from November 4-5. The 2027 conference will take place from November 3-5, requiring lodging for 5 individuals on November 2nd and 300 individuals from November 3-4. Both events are expected to accommodate approximately 300 attendees. The selected venue must provide comprehensive services including A/V equipment, meals, lodging rooms, and meeting rooms. The solicitation also outlines specific requirements for registration areas, general session rooms, breakout rooms, exhibitor areas, dining rooms, and catering services, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and refreshment breaks. The venue must also provide adequate parking and business center services. All responses must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT portal.
