The Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) requires 3-year proprietary software licenses for SchoolPace Connect-Variant 4 and eIRLA/eNIL subscriptions. These licenses are exclusively available from American Reading Company, who is the sole source provider for these specific educational software products. The program materials are copyrighted by American Reading Company and cannot be duplicated without their prior written consent. The estimated total cost for these licenses over the three-year period is not to exceed $27,000.00.
