Description
The U.S. Army's Soldier Support Institute (SSI) at Fort Jackson requires support services for its institutional education and training programs. This includes providing Learning Architects and Faculty & Staff Instructors to support various courses such as Adjutant General (AG), Talent Acquaintance (TA), Finance and Comptroller (FC), and Army School of Music (ASOM) Advanced Individual Training (AIT), Advanced Leader's Course (ALC), and others. The contractor will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and evaluating learning products, as well as delivering instruction and supporting training development. Services include creating interactive multimedia instruction (IMI), computer-based training (CBT), updating lesson plans, and providing instruction on teaching techniques and course design. The period of performance is anticipated to be an 11-month base period with two 12-month option years, following a potential phase-in period. Personnel will require appropriate background checks and Common Access Cards (CACs) for access to government facilities and information systems. Specific qualifications include experience as a certified military instructor and training developer for instructors, and knowledge of instructional design, multimedia development, and learning management systems for learning architects.
