Description
The State of Minnesota is issuing a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure current model year automobiles. These vehicles will be supplied on an as-needed basis to the State of Minnesota and its Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members. The contract may be amended to include subsequent model year productions and additional vehicles. Responders must be a vehicle manufacturer or an authorized distributor/manufacturer's representative, and capable of processing up to 100 vehicles at a time. Brand names and specific manufacturers mentioned establish a standard only, and comparable alternatives will be considered. All vehicles must be the latest production models with new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equipment and options, meeting all current State and federal regulations. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to jonathan.moxley@state.mn.us by June 19, 2026, 4:00 PM CT. Responses must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT Supplier Portal by July 3, 2026, 4:00 PM CT. Non-electronic and e-mail responses will not be accepted. The anticipated contract term is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with the option to extend for up to an additional 48 months. The estimated total contract value for one year is between $1.00 and $1,000,000.00.
