Description
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with CGTech for a brand name, commercial-off-the-shelf Vericut software license maintenance renewal and additional licenses for Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE). The period of performance for a portion of this requirement is August 1, 2026, through April 30, 2027. The remaining portion has a period of performance from August 14, 2026, through April 30, 2027. CGTech is identified as the only source capable of providing the necessary products and services. The statutory authority for this sole source acquisition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). Interested companies must submit a detailed capability statement within 7 days of this notification. No reimbursement will be provided for costs associated with submitting capability information. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes, and a solicitation will not be posted to SAM.gov.
