This is a sources sought notice for market research regarding the maintenance of the Giant Voice/Emergency Broadcast System at Buckley Space Force Base (BSFB). The requirement is for non-personal services, with a base period of one year and four option years. The contractor will be responsible for comprehensive maintenance, inspection, and repair of the BSFB Giant Voice Mass Notification System to ensure its continuous, reliable, and effective operation. Services include scheduled preventative maintenance and unscheduled emergency repairs, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Emergency repairs require an on-site response within two hours and diagnostic/repair services within four hours. The contractor must also maintain a portable Giant Voice control unit. Maintenance includes ensuring the system operates within manufacturer specifications, broadcasting emergency tones, voice announcements, and scheduled music (Reveille, Retreat/National Anthem, Taps). The contractor is responsible for providing necessary parts and performing repairs within five days of receipt of parts. Semiannual preventative maintenance inspections (PMIs) are required, along with monthly PMIs on a rotating basis for the six Giant Voice towers. All maintenance and PMIs must be coordinated at least 48 hours in advance with the OLMSG workcenter, and inspection reports must be submitted within 48 hours of completion.
