Description
This solicitation is for a Request for Quote (RFQ) to update the Spill Prevention, Countermeasures and Control (SPCC) Plan and its Oil Spill Contingency Plan (OSCP) appendix for the Eastern Colorado Health Care System (ECHCS) in Aurora, CO. The updated plan will include site analysis, preventative measures, above-ground storage tank inspections, prevention training, and written procedures. The contractor must be a registered professional engineering firm located within the State of Colorado and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations, including those from the EPA and the State of Colorado. The contractor will be responsible for preparing a draft updated plan within 45 days of completing the site survey and submitting a final plan within 5 workdays after receiving comments. The final submittal will include two hard copies and two digital copies (PDF and Microsoft Word compatible) on CD-ROMs, along with AutoCAD-compatible site maps. The period of performance is expected to be completed within 60 days from start to finish.
