Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service is seeking professional contractor services to process and analyze macroinvertebrate samples collected in lotic environments. The work will be performed by an individual or individuals with expertise in entomology focused on the Rocky Mountain region. Up to 24 quantitative samples collected in 2026 and 2027 will need to be picked and analyzed, with quality assurance and quality control measures to ensure all insects are accounted for. The contractor will process and analyze samples at their own facility; no work will be performed on USFS lands. This is a total small business set-aside opportunity.
