Description
Escambia County is soliciting bids from licensed, insured, and reputable general contractors for the rehabilitation of a residential roof located at 641 W. Hernandez Street. The project scope includes roofing, potential replacement of damaged decking and framing, installation of underlayment, drip edge, vents, flashing, boots, shingles, and gutters. The county may award line items separately for emergency items, specifically roofing and septic/sewer services. All bids must be submitted electronically through the OpenGov portal. New contractors to the county are required to submit a letter of insurability.
