Description
The California Coastal Commission, through the Department of General Services, is seeking to lease approximately 7,211 net usable square feet of office space in the City of Ventura/Oxnard. The leased space must also include 28 parking spaces. Key requirements for buildings include being asbestos hazard-free, accommodating state plans and codes (including seismic safety, ADA, California Building Code & Title 24), proximity to public transportation, and compliance with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements. Preference will be given to buildings demonstrating LEED or Energy Star compliance where cost-effective. Properties must be submitted by property owners or their legally authorized agents. Responses are due by July 8, 2026, and should include the address, map, and project number (Project #: 10304) via email or in writing to RESD, 707 Third Street, 5th Floor, P.O. Box 989052, West Sacramento, CA 95798-9052.
