Description
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) / Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to negotiate a sole-source contract for the acquisition of a brand-name, commercial-off-the-shelf, annual software maintenance and support renewal for StressCheck software. This renewal is for Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE). The period of performance is from September 01, 2026, through August 31, 2027, with four additional 1-year option periods. Engineering Software Research and Development, Inc. is identified as the only source capable of providing the necessary products and services. The statutory authority for this sole-source acquisition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1).
