Description
This solicitation is for a 12-month base year with two 12-month option years (totaling 36 months) for a preventive maintenance (PM) full on-site complete support plan for the Bio-Plex 200 Array Reader, XY Platform, and HTF System located at Naval Medical Research Unit San Antonio (NAMRU-SA). The plan includes unlimited on-site service repair visits, all-inclusive parts, labor, and travel expenses, highest servicing dispatching priority, and one PM visit per year. If the current PC needs replacement, the vendor will install compatible software and configure the replacement PC, which will be purchased separately by NAMRU-SA. The place of performance is 4141 Petroleum Drive, Building 3260, JBSA Ft Sam Houston, TX 78234-63.
