Description
Humble Independent School District (Humble ISD) is soliciting proposals for a variety of school safety products and services. This is a rolling proposal, meaning responses will be evaluated and awarded throughout the term of the RFP, with the final response deadline set for March 22, 2027. The contract will be effective from the date of award through July 20, 2027. The scope of services includes products to enhance building and facility hardness, school safety-related technology and services, and training resources. Humble ISD is seeking qualified suppliers who can provide the best value pricing, discounts, and customer service benefits. Vendors are expected to accept Humble ISD purchase orders, credit cards, or other acceptable payment methods. All communications regarding the RFP must be submitted through the electronic bidding portal, and no verbal questions will be answered. Awarded vendors will be placed on an approved vendor list and may be contracted on an as-needed or annual basis. The evaluation criteria will include purchase price, vendor reputation, quality of goods/services, alignment with district needs, past relationship with the district, and total long-term cost.
