Description
The 17th Contracting Squadron at Goodfellow AFB, TX, intends to procure specialized renovation, component replacement, and system upgrade services for existing Dumpster and Large Frame Aircraft fire training systems. This includes furnishing all necessary parts, labor, tools, transportation, supplies, supervision, equipment, and materials. The scope of work covers upgrades and installations for Large Frame Aircraft Trainers, Dumpster Fire Trainers, Car Fire Trainers, and Pressure Vessel Fire Trainers. KTF Fire Trainer LLC is identified as the sole provider due to their original design, manufacturing, and installation of these proprietary systems, including specialized repairs and proprietary software updates for the A-500 Large Frame Aircraft Fire Trainer and O-250 computer-controlled propane-fueled firefighter trainers. Interested parties capable of providing these services, including proof of manufacturer authorization and a price list, must submit a statement of capabilities by June 16, 2026. The government intends to award the contract by September 30, 2026.
