Description
Humble Independent School District (Humble ISD) is issuing a recurring Request for Proposals (RFP) for companies interested in providing equipment, rental/leasing services, accessories, and supplies for their Performing and Fine Arts departments. This solicitation covers a broad spectrum of needs including theatrical equipment (costumes, curtains, lighting, sound, rigging), musical instruments (band, orchestra, electronic, pianos), and miscellaneous performing arts equipment and services. The RFP also includes a significant section on musical instrument repair, service, and maintenance, requiring detailed information on staff experience, company processes, and turnaround times. This is a rolling solicitation, meaning it remains open for new companies to respond throughout its term, which extends through November 13, 2029, with potential for annual renewals.
