Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is soliciting quotes for the replacement of a visitor center trailer roof and interior ceiling repairs at the Caddo Lake National Wildlife Refuge in Karnack, Texas. The project involves demolition of the existing roof, installation of new 30-year architectural shingles, synthetic felt, and drip edge flashing, as well as the replacement of damaged insulation and drywall, followed by texturing and painting. This is a 100% total small business set-aside solicitation with NAICS code 238160 (Roofing Contractors). Award will be made on a lowest price basis to a responsible quoter whose quotation conforms to the solicitation requirements.
