Description
Cecil County, Maryland is soliciting bids for an asphalt overlay project that will encompass Carpenters Point Road, Walnut Lane, and Wards Hill Road. The scope of work includes milling existing asphalt, applying wedge and level courses of new asphalt, a final asphalt overlay, asphalt joint sealing, shoulder backup, and comprehensive traffic control measures to ensure safety throughout the project.
