Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District Office, intends to sole source EarthCam services for six (6) existing EarthCam, Inc. brand construction cameras. The required services include unlimited cellular data service, Robotic Camera Software Support Package (technical support, maintenance, and software upgrades), and archiving Time-Lapse Service Platinum Service (1 image every 5 minutes). This procurement is based on proprietary hardware and software, making EarthCam Inc. the only source capable of providing the necessary support without voiding warranties or causing substantial duplication of cost and unacceptable delays to the government.
