Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a self-propelled plot combine harvester with a bagging unit. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is set aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 333111 for Farm Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1250 employees. The required equipment must meet specific technical characteristics, including a diesel engine with at least 70hp, a hydrostatic drive system, four-wheel drive with differential lock, and hydrostatic rear-axle steering. The operator cab must be enclosed, air-conditioned, and heated, with a minimum width of 1.7m. Key features of the cutting platform include a minimum width of 1.50m and a hydraulic reverse mechanism.
