Description
FEMA Region 10 is soliciting quotations for annual inspection and testing services for their Fire Life and Safety systems, including backflow testing and reporting, at their Federal Regional Center in Bothell, Washington. The services encompass fire alarm systems, wet sprinkler systems, pre-action sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, and backflow prevention assemblies, all in accordance with relevant NFPA, manufacturer, and local authority standards. The initial inspection and report must be completed by June 23, 2026, with subsequent annual inspections occurring each April. Repairs resulting from inspection and testing failures are funded up to $25,000 per option year. This RFQ is set aside for small businesses, and offerors must be registered in SAM.gov with a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI).
